Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers and apartment communities
- Provide accurate measurements and timely bids using company tools
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consistent communication and follow-through
- Represent our brand at industry events and networking opportunities
- Manage contracts, orders, and account collections with precision
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Measure Square a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented with a drive to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Reliable transportation
- 1-year minimum outside sales experience
- Ability to sit at computer monitor for extended periods throughout the day.
- Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between offices; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 10 pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files.
