Field Sales Representative - Southwest Texas Region

Ford Meter Box is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our established Southwest Texas territory.

This role replaces a long-standing veteran and requires a confident, relationship-driven professional who can maintain trusted partnerships while driving continued growth.

• Strengthen distributor relationships
• Support municipalities, engineers, and contractors
• Deliver product training and field support
• Execute disciplined territory planning
• Represent Ford at industry events

• Experience in waterworks, infrastructure, or industrial distribution sales
• Proven ability to manage an independent territory
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-directed and relationship-focused
• Must reside in Southwest Texas
• Valid driver’s license required
