Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Representative. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and other customers within the assigned region. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, delivering product presentations, and providing expert support. The role requires frequent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, understanding market trends, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and nurture client relationships
• Experience in product presentations and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Capability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Previous experience in the construction, hardscape, or horticulture industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry events
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, not required
