A well-established and growing company is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand its presence in the commercial plumbing and HVAC space. This is a direct hire position offering base salary, commission, and full benefits.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated sales professional with a hunter mindset, someone who thrives on bringing in new business and building lasting client relationships. While the role includes HVAC, the primary focus will be on commercial plumbing.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across South Texas
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and key decision-makers
• Present plumbing and HVAC services in a consultative, solutions-based way
• Understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions
• Maintain strong follow-up and long-term client engagement
• Meet or exceed sales goals with the support of a solid operations team

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably within commercial plumbing and/or HVAC
• Confident in cold-calling, networking, and developing new business
• Knowledge of the South Texas commercial construction market is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Strong communication and client service skills
