- Promote Stryker ST GI products in standalone GI centers and ASC’s while providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with doctors, nurses and other staff.
- Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use, maintenance, functionality and updates of Stryker ST products, product portfolio changes and educational programs.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, empowerment, a consultative approach, honesty, integrity and a highly responsive level of service.
- Assist in post‑sale implementation and training for Neptune S and POM mask to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction and drive equipment usage agreement compliance.
- Meet targeted annual budgeted objectives for ST GI products within the assigned geography.
- Drive the mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- 1–2 years in medical sales or B2B preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly in stress, people and conflict management.
- Excellent time‑management, project‑management, reporting and budgeting experience, and customer‑service skills.
- Approximately 60% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or 20 pounds continuously to move objects.
- Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with visual, auditory discrimination, reading and memory skills.
- Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
- Manage time, projects, stress and conflict.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication.
- Bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
