This is a regional role based in the San Antonio area, traveling to Austin, South Texas and West Texas. Applicable travel expenses will be covered.

• Promote Stryker ST GI products in standalone GI centers and ASC’s while providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with doctors, nurses and other staff.
• Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use, maintenance, functionality and updates of Stryker ST products, product portfolio changes and educational programs.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, empowerment, a consultative approach, honesty, integrity and a highly responsive level of service.
• Assist in post‑sale implementation and training for Neptune S and POM mask to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction and drive equipment usage agreement compliance.
• Meet targeted annual budgeted objectives for ST GI products within the assigned geography.
• Drive the mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years in medical sales or B2B preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly in stress, people and conflict management.
• Excellent time‑management, project‑management, reporting and budgeting experience, and customer‑service skills.

• Approximately 60% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

• Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or 20 pounds continuously to move objects.
• Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with visual, auditory discrimination, reading and memory skills.

• Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
• Manage time, projects, stress and conflict.
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication.
