In House Vacation Sales Concierge (Up to $2k Sign‑On Bonus Potential*)

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is hiring an in‑person Concierge in San Antonio, TX. This position offers an hourly base, commissions, and potential sign‑on bonuses up to $2,000 depending on experience.

• Up to $2,000 with 1 year of Timeshare Experience ($1,000 after training; $1,000 after six months of employment).
• Up to $1,000 with no Timeshare Experience ($500 after training; $500 after six months of employment).

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience; enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening per state and local requirements.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as reach overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
