• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority. Know the product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
• Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day.
