• Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
• Track billing of RNDC cost to Supplier AR accounts and Funds.
• Apply payments/credits to debit balances in a timely manner.
• Provide regular monitoring of Supplier account balances.
• Participate in follow‑up conversations with Supplier representatives regarding past‑due balances to keep all accounts under 60 days.
• Review billing transactions (automated or manual) for timeliness and accuracy.
• Research and resolve account claims and discrepancies with suppliers.
• Prepare credits due suppliers as a result of pricing/discount issues.

  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in 1 on 1 and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Mathematical

  Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Reasoning Ability:
  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Computer

  Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and order processing systems (Oracle order to cash, Logility, Micro Strategy, etc.) or aptitude to learn.
