Group Sales Coordinator_; Seasonal; _Park

Overview

Develops, manages, and sells to new and existing accounts within the Student/Youth & General Sales segment through varying degrees of inbound inquiries and outbound telephone and email outreach. Responsible for client invoicing, payment coordination, and maintaining lead generation management, account maintenance, and timely and accurate data entry.

• Develops, manages, and sells to new and existing accounts within the Student/Youth & General Sales segment through inbound inquiries and outbound telephone and email outreach.
• Responsible for client invoicing, payment coordination, and maintaining lead generation management, account maintenance, and timely and accurate data entry.
• Works closely with the Group Sales & Events Manager to ensure sales and revenue goals are met.
• During slower seasons, assists the Group Sales & Events Coordinator for day-of private event execution.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Possess excellent administrative, hospitality, and public relations skills through written or verbal communication.
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize varied/multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, evenings, and have a flexible schedule that varies by the season of the year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook with high aptitude for computer software systems.
• Commitment to the mission and core values of Morgan’s Wonderland and to applying these values daily.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to work as part of a team; maintain a positive attitude even under stress.
