• Show properties to buyers and provide an exceptional client experience
• Build rapport with buyers and represent the team professionally in the field
• Assist with buyer consultations and help identify client needs and preferences
• Host open houses to showcase team listings and engage potential buyers
• Provide feedback to the lead agent after showings
• Use local market knowledge to answer basic questions about homes, pricing, and neighborhoods
• Support lead agents in converting showings into contracts

• Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Comfortable with technology and mobile tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and punctual
• Coachable mindset with a desire to grow into a producing agent
