Entry Level Marketing

We’re expanding our marketing team in San Antonio, Texas, and we’re looking for driven, outgoing individuals ready to launch their careers in marketing, brand promotion, and customer engagement. This is an entry-level, in-person role with paid training—no prior experience required.

As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you’ll represent our clients directly, build relationships with local customers, and gain hands-on experience in marketing and sales strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a face-to-face representative for client campaigns
• Communicate effectively with customers and clients
• Participate in daily in-office meetings and professional training
• Learn and present client products and services
• Assist with customer acquisition, new account setup, and lead generation
• Support brand awareness and promotional efforts in the San Antonio market

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable mindset with leadership potential
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
