New Home Consultant

Overview

Join Lennar as a New Home Consultant in San Antonio, TX. You will manage the new home purchase process from initial contact to closing, creating a delightful customer experience and supporting Lennar’s mission to build quality homes and exceptional service.

• Engage visitors to understand their home‑buying needs, applying Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
• Provide consistent follow‑through from initial contact to post‑closing, keeping accurate communication records.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
Maintain the Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
• Complete required training and participate in community events, phone banks, and other outreach activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real‑estate license preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in homebuilding or real‑estate sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

The role is primarily an active, on‑site position. You must attend company communities and offices during regular work hours, walk in all weather conditions, and lift up to 25 lbs. A valid state driver’s license is required to travel customers throughout neighborhoods and visit realtor offices.
