Sales Support Specialist

Join our team as a Sales Support Specialist! You'll manage daily customer orders, ensure accurate details, track deliveries, forecast demand, and support logistics and distribution. Collaborate across teams to provide top-tier service and meet delivery goals. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Must be available to work in the office

Responsibilities

Input customer orders into the order management system, monitor them daily, and coordinate with the Sales Support Specialist Team to ensure seamless processing.

Verify all order information—including quantity, pricing, discounts, shipping and delivery dates, and any required custom forms—is accurate and up to date.

Prepare weekly forecasts for the current and upcoming weeks to support inventory replenishment decisions based on updated demand trends.

Oversee aging inventory at the distribution center, identifying opportunities to sell to customers or recommending transfer to the commodity desk when appropriate.
