Arthrex San Antonio proudly represents Arthrex products and surgical techniques in South Texas. We represent Arthrex from San Antonio and surrounding areas south to McAllen and Brownsville. We are seeking a humble, driven, trustworthy, and positive Medical Sales Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX. Our team is dedicated to partner with our customers, promote our products, and provide for our people.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and total company market share in the assigned territory.
  • Represent Arthrex San Antonio, an authorized distributor, by working with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Understand Arthrex products, surgical procedures, and engage customers with product knowledge.
  • Grow exposure with accounts and surgeons to the Arthrex portfolio of current and future products.
  • Collaborate with accounts and surgeons on Arthrex product applications in surgery.
  • Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and implementing sales strategies.
  • Communicate with customers regarding product updates, changes, and educational programs.
  • Maintain excellent rapport with clients to sustain longstanding relationships.
  • Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to meet/exceed territory objectives.
  • Identify needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses.
  • Cross‑sell additional products or manage new product introductions.
  • Address any account issues and support compliance and confidentiality.
  • Work with Sales Manager for coaching, training, and peer support.
  • Maintain training in sales skills, product features, and business training.
  • Collect competitive data and stay current on industry trends.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, conventions, trade shows, and professional association meetings.
  • Ensure products/instruments are prepared for surgical cases, including educational documents and videos.
  • Meet vendor credentialing requirements.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Comfortable in operating room environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Access to personal transportation.
