• Recruit agents and other sales leaders.
• Educate and train these individuals on the value of our products and services and utilize our CRM, online prospecting systems, and approved prospecting, presentation and closing techniques.
• Ensure support with necessary certifications and product supply ordering to facilitate sales.
• Attend management training and meetings, complete industry‑related education courses as required, and maintain necessary licenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Conduct product presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for sales.

• Senior market product experience is required.
• Expertise required in all lines of Senior Market products, including Medicare Supplement, Med Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans, Annuity, Final Expense, and Long‑Term Care.
• Preferred experience building a captive agency.
• Licensed as a Health and Life insurance agent to sell insurance in the required state(s) within the assigned territory.
• A strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
• Proficiency in using Sales CRM software.
