Territory Manager - Stretch Lab (Sales & Growth Focused)

Stretch Lab San Antonio is seeking a results‑driven Territory Manager to lead sales growth, lead generation and revenue performance across two studios. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a proven sales operator who thrives in a metric‑driven environment and is comfortable being accountable to daily activity, conversion and revenue KPIs.

What You’ll Own
  • Driving daily lead generation through outbound calls, texts, email follow‑ups and local outreach.
  • Book and convert Mobility Assessments (Intros) into memberships.
  • Managing and executing against daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, including outbound prospect calls, appointments booked, show rate, intro‑to‑membership conversion, net membership units (NMU) and monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
  • Maintaining a clean, accurate CRM pipeline in Club Ready.
  • Coaching sales execution, follow‑up discipline and conversion standards across both studios.
  • Re‑engage cold leads, no‑shows and at‑risk prospects to maximize revenue.
  • Develop community partnerships, pop‑ups and local promotions that generate qualified leads.
  • Protect revenue through proactive retention and utilization strategies.

  • Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality or membership‑based sales strongly preferred.
