After two weeks of trial training, you’ll receive a base salary plus weekly commissions for contracts that close. Most representatives earn $65,000–$100,000+ per year, with bonuses for top performers. Because we use digital tools—iPads, drones, and integrated contract systems—you’ll close deals efficiently and earn more than most college grads in your first year.

• Full‑time (Monday‑Friday, some Saturdays)
• In‑person training focused on business development and sales
• Door‑knock and face‑time with homeowners and prospects

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk neighborhoods to inspect roofs

• Comfortable with heights, flexible 9‑5 structure, and a corporate‑free culture

• Presenting roof inspections, insurance coverage options, and repair solutions
• Managing a pipeline of leads and maintaining accurate, real‑time data in our digital system
• Attending home‑and‑garden shows, luncheons, and client events to build relationships
• Exceeding metrics on a leader board that tracks progress and motivates performance
