Sales Specialist – In-Home Water Treatment

WhatYou’ll Do
This role is about more than making sales—it’s about building trust. You’ll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and offer real solutions that improve their water and their lives. You’ll also generate leads, follow up with care, and represent our company in the field.
Day‑to‑Day:
- Run in‑home consultations and water tests
- Generate your own leads and follow up with prospects
- Present custom water treatment solutions
- Close deals with professionalism and clarity
- Keep your pipeline active and organized
- Support customers before and after the sale
- Attend events, home shows, and local activations
- Are self‑motivated and hungry to grow
- Know how to build rapport and ask the right questions
- Like being out in the field more than behind a desk
- Aren’t afraid to knock doors, follow up, and go the extra mile
- Care about your reputation and doing the job the right way
- Want to work somewhere with values—not just quotas
- At least 2 years of sales experience (in‑home or outside sales is ideal)
- Comfortable generating your own leads (not just working warm ones)
- Strong communicator with a consultative sales style
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience with CRMs and follow‑up systems (we use Service Titan)
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus—experience and attitude matter most
- Base pay +
