As we continue to scale, were seeking a driven and experienced High Split Commission Only Sales Executive with a strong background in staffing, recruitment, or executive placement. If you thrive on challenge, excel in business development, and are ready to contribute to a winning team lets talk.

What You'll Do
  • Drive new business through targeted outreach and relationship-building
  • Sell executive search, direct hire, and staffing services to private and public-sector clients
  • Make impactful connections via phone, email, and meetings
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects with timely follow-ups and consistent communication
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by identifying and delivering talent solutions that align with their business goals
  • Utilize internal systems to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions
  • Experience selling to C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Polished communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability in a dynamic environment
