** What You’ll Do
*** Handle inbound calls and walk-in customers, assisting with rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries
* Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices, while helping resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions
* Coordinate daily equipment pick-ups and returns, keeping customers informed and expectations clear
* Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support equipment availability, order fulfillment, and customer needs###
