We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our full‑time, on‑site team in San Antonio, TX. The Inside Sales Associate will handle customer inquiries, support the sales process, and maintain positive client relationships.

• Generate and follow up on leads to support sales objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Manage accounts and assist in the growth of the company's sales objectives through proactive engagement.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
• Skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced on‑site environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
