Principle Auto is seeking an exceptional Loyalty Team Member to join our rapidly growing dealerships. Youare highly motivated, think quickly, and have the ability to complete tasks and projects with little to no supervision.

You are dedicated to a high level of customer service over the phone and in person. You take personal responsibility with each client and their requests and are skilled in taking care of particular clients. Your verbal and written communication skills are refined and clear.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Consultant:
  • 60 to 100 Incoming / Outgoing calls per day.
  • Set up appointments for clients.
  • Maintain constant follow-ups with potential clients through emails and texts.
  • Be prepared to answer and/or research the client's questions.
  • Provide a high level of excellent customer service.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Other responsibilities as they are given.
Qualifications of the Business Development Consultant:
  • 1 Yr. previous Call Center Customer Service or Sales experience required.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Internet sales experience is a plus.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Ability to work comfortably with the public.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid state of residence driver's license.
  • Required to pass a drug test and background check.
