What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop KONE’s position and customer base in the market
  • Drive proactive engagement and solution selling with various customer segments
  • Ensure the development of customer relationships, profitability, and satisfaction
  • Lead the sales team and manage performance, ensuring effective onboarding for new employees
  • Participate in market and customer analysis to ensure quality sales planning and pricing management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7+ years of technical sales and sales leadership experience, preferably in service or technical sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience in a comparable industry
  • Strong ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams remotely and locally
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales tools, analytics, and understanding financial benefits
  • Exceptional motivational skills to inspire team performance

  • Experience in consultative value/solution selling methodology
  • Familiarity with customer purchasing strategies and selling cycles
