Role Description
Surgical Principals, Inc. (SPI) is a strategic partner dedicated to elevating healthcare through clinical excellence while delivering cost savings for hospitals. This full‑time, on‑site Medical Device Sales Representative in San Antonio, Texas will conduct consultative sales presentations to surgeons and clinical operating room managers, propose solutions by selling the features and benefits of our surgical products and services, conduct clinical trials, and implement these products into the operating room.
You will drive sales, build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and educate OR/SPD staff and surgeons about our entire product offerings.
- Four‑year bachelor’s degree.
- Proven track record in sales; 3+ years of sales experience required.
- Laparoscopic, General, or Gynecologic Surgical Device Sales helpful but not required.
- High energy level and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Conduct consultative sales through formal sales training; strong closing skills.
