- Open Doors :
Set 5–7 qualified meetings per week with decision-makers through generating new leads and creating opportunities through high-volume outreach (calls, emails, Linked In, campaigns). - Start the Conversation :
Be the voice that introduces Vanguard to new prospects, builds pipelines, and establishes trust from the very first interaction. - Build Long-Term Value :
Nurture prospects with consistent outreach that keeps them engaged and moves them through the pipeline. - Keep Us Organized :
Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) to log activities, update contact info, and ensure visibility across the sales team. - Fuel the Field :
Partner closely with Field Sales to align on territory planning, meeting prep, and smooth handoffs. - Measure What Matters :
Track activity and performance against clear, achievable goals, and see your earnings grow in direct connection to your results.
- 4+ years in inside sales, SDR, BDR, or a role where you drove outreach and booked meetings.
- A growth mindset through demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline goals. There’s no goal too audacious for you to achieve.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven with proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM like Hub Spot or Zoho). You know every detail counts when it comes to tracking success.
- Resilient connector who is comfortable and confident with high-volume cold calling. You see every call as an opportunity to open a new door.
- Polished communicator with strong verbal and written skills. You bring professionalism, accountability, and presence to every interaction.
- Master of momentum who is highly organized with strong time-management skills that keep you focused, efficient, and ahead of the curve.
- People-first background whether you have a background in hospitality, service, or client-facing roles, you know how to make people feel heard, valued, and excited to work with you.

Location: San Antonio, Texas (office-based) or Remote (for candidates with relevant industry experience)
Compensation: $45,000+ base salary DOE, OTE $75,000–$95,000 (commissions included)
