Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, specializing in medium to large habitational accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.

• Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
• Bonus:
  Substantial bonus program based on company growth and success (ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 annually; this year’s average was $12,000)

• Participate in an extensive training program to develop expertise in insurance processes and systems
• Assist with quoting and renewing medium to large habitational accounts (average account size: $250,000 - $2.5 million)
• Collaborate with the renewal or servicing team based on skillset and personality
• Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clients
• Utilize Applied EPIC software and Excel for account management and documentation
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment to achieve company goals

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Licenses:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas preferred; open to unlicensed candidates willing to obtain licensure
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience preferred (personal or commercial lines)
  • Entry-level candidates or recent graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
