Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming shopping environment while assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while representing the company’s values and brand.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming in‑store experience
  • Assist customers in selecting products and answering questions
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is organized and properly displayed
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support daily store operations including inventory organization and restocking
  • Help maintain a clean, professional, and inviting retail environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent service
