The Maintenance Lead will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the retail store.
• Identify and report the need for major repairs.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are kept in clean and operational condition.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with store setup and takedown for special events.
• Collaborate with store staff to maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities in accordance with manufacturer's and/or engineering guidelines.
• Provide equipment maintenance support and preventive maintenance and on‑demand/emergency basis which may include power washing, change filters, painting, ceiling tiles replaced, lightbulb replacement and other similar duties.

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to handle physical workload and stand for extended periods.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation and proactivity.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders for access to ceilings and signs.
• Ability to crawl in access areas and under counters and dispensers.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble large and small mechanical, plumbing, and electrical parts, assemblies, and components.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and special equipment to complete work assignments.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset.
• High energy and strong work ethic.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least three years of maintenance experience required.
• Work is performed primarily inside a retail store and an outdoor environment. Driving to district stores will be required.
