The Maintenance Lead will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the retail store.
- Identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are kept in clean and operational condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with store setup and takedown for special events.
- Collaborate with store staff to maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities in accordance with manufacturer's and/or engineering guidelines.
- Provide equipment maintenance support and preventive maintenance and on‑demand/emergency basis which may include power washing, change filters, painting, ceiling tiles replaced, lightbulb replacement and other similar duties.

- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to handle physical workload and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and proactivity.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Ability to climb ladders for access to ceilings and signs.
- Ability to crawl in access areas and under counters and dispensers.
- Ability to assemble and disassemble large and small mechanical, plumbing, and electrical parts, assemblies, and components.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools and special equipment to complete work assignments.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset.
- High energy and strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least three years of maintenance experience required.
- Work is performed primarily inside a retail store and an outdoor environment. Driving to district stores will be required.
