Position Summary
The Prepaid Wireless Retail Market Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and team development across multiple retail locations within an assigned market. This role is highly sales-driven and team-oriented, focused on exceeding revenue targets, developing high-performing sales teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Market Manager leads by example, sets clear expectations, and ensures consistent execution of company standards across all stores.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Performance Management- Drive sales growth and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across all assigned locations.
- Analyze KPIs including activations, upgrades, accessories, add-ons, attachments, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute action plans to improve underperforming stores.
- Maintain strong focus on prepaid activations, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Coach store teams on effective selling techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Lead from the front by modeling strong sales behaviors on the floor.
- Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and Sales Associates.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide hands‑on coaching and performance feedback.
- Foster a competitive, motivating, and team‑oriented culture.
- Hold team members accountable to sales goals and operational standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans when needed.
- Ensure operational consistency across all locations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and prepaid activation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, shrink, merchandising standards, and store presentation.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales, payroll, and scheduling.
- Ensure each store delivers an exceptional, consistent customer experience.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote a culture of customer‑first service.
- 3+ years of retail management experience (wireless industry preferred).
- Experience managing multiple retail locations strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.
- Data‑driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Ability to travel between store locations regularly.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual (Spanish nglish)

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to travel between locations frequently.
