Overview
As an On Site Donation (OSD) Attendant, donor satisfaction is your number one priority. You must be courteous and respectful when interacting with the donor, keep the donation area clean and organized, and load and unload donations safely and efficiently at store level.
Responsibilities- Load and unload donations safely and efficiently at store level.
- Keep the donation area clean and organized.
- Provide courteous and respectful interactions with donors.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand on your feet all day, bend frequently, and lift 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Be a reliable self-starter, trustworthy, good relationship builder, solid communicator, and able to work independently to complete all assigned tasks.
- Schedule may vary week to week; however, it will require the OSD Attendant to work every weekend.
- Collection Manager will discuss specific work schedule during the interview process.
