Position Overview:Selling Associate
The Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

- Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
- Recoup cash wrap selling zone and "go‑backs".
- Process merchandise for floor readiness and maintain back room and under‑stock to brand standards.
- Replenish merchandise to ensure products are available for purchase.
- Assist with projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets, and the mark‑out‑of‑stock process.
- Execute floorset proficiently and adhere to brand standards.
- Support housekeeping of the sales floor and communicate maintenance issues.
- Understand and demonstrate company values and loss prevention practices.
- Exhibits a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals (preferred).
- Displays sense of urgency.
- Maintains a healthy, competitive spirit while fostering teamwork.
- Resilient and bounces back quickly from setbacks.

Minimum Salary: $12.00
Maximum Salary: $14.25 per hour. Compensation varies by skills, experience, and geographical location.
