Selling Associate

The Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • When assigned to the sales floor:
    • Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
    • Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively.
    • Provide customers with the proper bra fit by asking effective questions.
    • Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
  • When assigned to the cash wrap:
    • Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale.
    • Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
    • Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs”.
  • When assigned to processing and replenishment:
    • Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain backroom and under‑stock to brand standards.
    • Replenish merchandise to ensure product is available for purchase.
    • Assist with other projects as needed, including markdowns, re‑tickets and the “mark out of stock” process.
  • When assigned to floorset activity:
    • Execute floorset proficiently.
    • Understand and adhere to brand standards.
    • Assist in maintenance of backroom and under‑stock to enable efficient replenishment.
  • All associate roles are responsible for:
    • Driving top‑line store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity.
    • Maintaining focus on bras as the premier product differentiator to build loyalty and support our “Best at Bras” culture.
    • Preparing for each shift by maintaining awareness of all sales, promotions and applicable ringing procedures.
    • Taking initiative to recover and replenish merchandise so it is available to sell.
    • Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising brand standards.
    • Assisting in housekeeping of sales floor and communicating maintenance issues.
    • Keeping an awareness of, and building personal capability in, loss prevention.
    • Reinforcing store strategy to reduce shrink.
    • Supporting all activities related to providing a safe working environment.
    • Understanding and demonstrating company values.
    • Building loyalty through our Rewards Program.
    • This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of your daily tasks.
Compensation
  • Minimum Salary: $12.00 per hour
  • Maximum Salary: $14.75 per hour
