Pay- The starting pay is $12.60 per hour with two increases during the first ýolbaş year of employment (rates may vary by location).
- After 6 months of employment the pay rate increases=(=) to $13.30.
- After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate increases to $14.00.

This route services the following retail locations:

The weekly average is 7 hours, which may increase to an average of 20 hours around holidays.
Primary Responsibilities- Service stores on the assigned route, including merchandising, organizing product orders, and displaying products within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
- Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks as needed.
- Communicate with management regarding service or schedule questions or concerns.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment using strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
- Be available for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays.
- Assist with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
- Review and plan the weekly service schedule and workload using a company‑issued tablet.
- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
- Reliable transportation (many routes have multiple retail locations).
- Reliable internet access to receive job information and updates.
- Technological competency – able to learn and use the company‑provided tablet.
- Availability for occasional weekends and the day before and after major holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
You will work on the sales floor and in the back stockroom, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and fixtures of up to 40 pounds throughout the day. You will need to stand, walk, stoop, and squat. A step stool may be used to complete some tasks. The listed demands are representative of the physical demands required to perform this job.
