Part-time (6PM‑6AM, alternating days, 12‑hour shifts including Saturday & Sunday every other week).

Central Market is a specialty grocery store founded in Austin, Texas in 1994 and now located in San Antonio. The market offers a wide selection of fresh foods, cheeses, wines, produce, and specialty items, and it emphasizes customer service, food safety, and a community-focused shopping experience.

• Cleans, sweeps, mops, dusts, and maintains the entire store’s cleanliness and safety.
• Cleans and picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the store.
• Responds with a sense of urgency to hazardous floor conditions.
• Adheres to OSHA standards in chemical usage.
• Utilizes HEB chemical program and correctly organizes/maintains stock in the maintenance room.
• Washes windows and mirrors throughout store.
• Empties and cleans trash receptacles.
• Maintains ceiling air vents and replaces light bulbs.
• Assists customers in locating products.
• Ensures food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs.
• Other duties may be assigned.
