Store Sales Associate in San Antonio, TX. Starting Pay Rate: $ 15.00 per hour. Full-Time Benefits and Weekly Pay! This position is for Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (Overtime and weekends as needed).

Hiring Immediately! Join Our Team as a Store Sales Associate! If you love helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you. As the go-to expert for retail and contractor customers, you’ll assist with product selection, color matching, and order processing across multiple channels. You’ll also help keep the store organized, stocked, and safe while supporting warehouse operations.

• Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications.
• Learning about PPC Brands, and how to help in a store.
• Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
• Tinting and color matching customer requirements.
• Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Support general store operations as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
• Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm;
  Saturday 8am – 12pm;
  Sunday Closed.
