Must have

• Previous experience in a serving or guest service position is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with food, wine, and beverage service standards is advantageous.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift weights up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Welcome guests with warmth and present menus while explaining menu items and daily specials.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a prompt and professional manner.
• Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction during the dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar personnel to ensure precise and smooth order delivery.
• Keep dining areas, side stations, and service zones clean and organized.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols along with company service standards.
• Process payments, manage cash or credit transactions, and reconcile checks at the end of the shift.
• Assist colleagues by helping with table arrangements, clearing, and restocking as required.
