Bartender Server Part Time

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, organized bartender with a good memory and the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with a diverse group of customers. Energetic, confident, and knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages with good time management skills. The bartender should provide an excellent guest drinking experience and be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations.

Compensation includes hourly pay and tips.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and card house patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Restock, maintain cleanliness and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with beverage regulations – TABC is required and Food Server/Handlers Certificate is required

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• POS Bar System
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, inventory, stocked and clean
• Relevant TABC certificate required
• Authorized to work in the United States
