We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of outstanding. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and accommodating guests' special requests with efficiency and grace.

• Provide friendly, timely, and professional service to guests.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, using a point-of-sale (POS) system or pad.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a manner that aligns with the restaurant's standards.
• Address guest queries and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are delivered promptly.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Assist with preparing beverages and garnishes for customers, as needed.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and pleasant dining environment for guests and staff.

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for payment processing.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods and lift trays of food or drinks.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
