Location: Ventura Plaza, P. TERRY'S
Pay Range: $16.50-$18/hr (depending on experience and certification level)

We want leaders who are motivated and thrive in a high‑energy, high‑volume restaurant. Our Managers/Shift Leaders can lead in both the Back of the House (BOH) and Front of the House (FOH).

- Shift length can be 6–8 hours long.
- Setting up the stand which includes stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
- Count inventory.
- Do deposits and count the drawers.
- Have all positions cleaned and closed down.
- Make sure the stand is locked and safe.
- Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.
- Supporting the team and jumping in where needed.
- Creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back.
- Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Day and/or night shift depending on needs.
- Manager support for safety (we can provide for you if needed).
- 1 year of restaurant experience.
- Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others.
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs.
- Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product.
