Position: Shift Lead Open Availability

Location: Ventura Plaza, P. TERRY'S

Pay Range: $16.50-$18/hr (depending on experience and certification level)

Responsibilities
  • Shift length can be 6–8 hours long.
  • Setting up the stand which includes stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
  • Count inventory.
  • Do deposits and count the drawers.
  • Have all positions cleaned and closed down.
  • Make sure the stand is locked and safe.
  • Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.
  • Supporting the team and jumping in where needed.
  • Creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back.
  • Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Day and/or night shift depending on needs.
  • Manager support for safety (we can provide for you if needed).
  • 1 year of restaurant experience.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others.
  • Ability to lift 35–50 lbs.
  • Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product.
