General Manager

McDonald’s company‑owned and independent Owner‑Operator restaurants are looking for talented leaders interested in satisfying careers with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set individual goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve department performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.

Pay rate is $50,000 – $65,000 for certified General Managers.

This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC. The independent franchisee is solely responsible for all employment‑related matters, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
