Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escrow Officer located in San Antonio, TX. The Escrow Officer will manage real estate closings, process escrow documentation, and work closely with all parties involved in residential real estate transactions. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining detailed records of transactions, resolving any discrepancies, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. Communication with stakeholders and collaboration with team members are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in handling Closings and Escrow services, and knowledge of the closing process
  • Experience in Residential Real Estate transactions
  • Demonstrated skills in Notary services and related processes
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to assist clients professionally and effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to solve issues efficiently
  • Proficiency with escrow software and document preparation is preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal real estate regulations is an advantage
