• Prospect for and follow up with buyers and sellers
• Convert inbound leads into appointments and agreements
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations
• Analyze client needs and goals
• Provide high-level fiduciary service from first contact through closing
• Coordinate with transaction support for smooth closings
• Develop expert knowledge of:
• Mortgage financing
• Local neighborhoods and schools
• Home ownership and market conditions
• Effectively negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 yearly
