Responsibilities- Engage with buyers to secure signed agreements and assist in finding suitable homes.
- Represent clients and negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
- Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation, with training provided.
- Host monthly open houses with collaborative planning.
- Use Brivity Technology to monitor tasks and activities.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation into scheduled appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions.
- Engage in team activities as per guidelines.
- Advise sellers to secure listings and market properties effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services.
You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, excellent at building rapport, listening, and solution-finding. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
