This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Professional located in San Antonio, TX. In this role, the Leasing Professional will assist prospective residents with their leasing needs, facilitate property tours, process applications, and manage lease agreements. Additional responsibilities include providing superior customer service, addressing resident concerns, and supporting leasing and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals. The Leasing Professional will actively contribute to building a positive community experience for residents.

• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills to engage with prospective tenants and current residents effectively.
• Sales, leasing, or marketing experience, with the ability to meet leasing goals and manage the leasing process from inquiries to move-ins.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to process lease agreements accurately and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support team initiatives and contribute positively to the community environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
