We are seeking a full-time Senior Property Manager to lead the management of a portfolio of properties in San Antonio, TX. This on-site role involves overseeing property operations, managing budgets, coordinating tenant relations, supervising property staff, addressing maintenance issues, and monitoring vendor performance. The role is focused on maximizing property value through efficient management practices and strategic planning while ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• Proficiency in property management, including tenant relations, budget management, and operational oversight
• Experience in vendor management, maintenance coordination, and supervising property staff
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• Proven knowledge of real estate regulations, financial reporting, and compliance
• Proficiency in property management software and other related tools
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills for handling diverse property challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in property management or a related field is an asset
