The Opportunity

We are in need of a real “go-getter” who can make an immediate impact in our Texas property management division. The main objective of this managerial role is to lead and work alongside a team that manages a portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in the San Antonio area. This position requires a quick learner who can take initiative, and has impeccable follow-through and communication skills.

NOTE:

This is NOT a remote position and will require the selected person to be in our San Antonio office, daily.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties
  • Manage, lead, and train the property management team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and account management to property owners and tenants
  • Respond to tenant concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure tenant satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records for all properties and submit them in a timely manner to include maintenance requests, monthly statements, move-in/move-out reports, etc.
  • Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain and build our outstanding reviews and ratings on Yelp, Google, and Zillow
  • Take accountability and hold a team accountable to maintain client satisfaction
