Quality Assurance Technician

Starting Pay:$15.50-$17.00 DOE

We are hiring! Vintage Air is seeking a detail-driven Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our automotive products meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys working with data and measurement tools, and takes pride in producing quality work.

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
• Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify specifications
• Accurately document inspection results, nonconformances, and quality data
• Analyze quality trends and support continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate quality issues clearly with production and leadership teams
• Support calibration of gauges and inspection equipment
• Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards

• Strong computer skills — proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and related technical documentation.
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
• Experience using measurement and inspection tools
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a production environment

• Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience (manufacturing preferred)
• ASQ Certification or similar quality certification
• Experience with statistical analysis or quality management systems
