Park Quality Ambassador; Custodial

At Sea World, we're passionate about caring for animals. We have rescued over 40,000 animals and aim to bring joy and excitement to visitors worldwide. We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to become our Ambassadors and play a vital role on our team.

You will work overnight to clean and maintain our park grounds, performing janitorial duties such as pressure washing, restroom cleaning, operating water/sweeper trucks, managing dumpster routes, setting up for events, dusting, and warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness and quality of work areas
• Keeping accurate activity records
• Working in various weather conditions, excluding lightning
• Practicing safe work habits with PPE
• Providing excellent guest and team member service
• Operating park vehicles
• Performing additional duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in extreme weather for extended periods
• Availability for overnight shifts between 12:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
• Commitment to safe work practices, including PPE use and reporting unsafe conditions
• Willingness to adhere to grooming and employment standards

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the Park Quality department
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Motivated and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather and temperature conditions
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

$14.00 per hour
