Clinic SnapshotWe're currently looking for a skilled and motivated leader to step into a Medical Director role within our team. This is a unique opportunity to mentor, collaborate, and take ownership of our surgical standards and protocols while still enjoying the support of a strong, experienced team. - Practice type: GP
- Avg. daily patient volume: 14 /day
- Support staff ratio: 2 : 1
- Case mix: Wellness, surgery, dentistry, urgent care.
- Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental rads
- Team culture: Supportive, collaborative, and people-first with a strong focus on mentorship, quality medicine, and genuine relationships with both clients and teammates.

You are a veterinarian who is:
- Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships
- A collaborative teammate who thrives in a positive, supportive culture
- Committed to continuous growth and excellence
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and client-education skills
- Experience as a Medical Director or in a leadership role
