We’re looking for a dedicated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our client's experienced four-doctor team at a highly established, community-trusted small animal practice in Balcones Heights, San Antonio
.

• Digital and dental radiography
• In-house diagnostics and laboratory
• Fully equipped surgical suite
• Therapeutic laser

• Delivering exceptional clinical and surgical care for small animal patients
• Managing a well-structured caseload of consultations, procedures, and surgeries
• Building trusted relationships with clients and their pets
• Collaborating closely with our medical and support teams to ensure top-quality care
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: CLOSED
• Sunday: CLOSED
• No after-hours or weekend requirements

• Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Joining Bonus: $25,000
• Production Bonus: Competitive paid at 20%, with no negative accrual
• PTO: 3 weeks + public holidays
• CE Allowance: Generous annual budget for continuing education
• Professional Fees: Paid state license, dues, and insurance

• DVM or equivalent degree, licensed (or eligible) in Texas
• Skilled and confident in soft tissue surgery and general practice
